• Returns are accepted within 3 days of tracked delivery, for reasons of workmanship only. The presence of layer lines and minor imperfections are inherent to 3D printing technology and do not constitute workmanship problems. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of tracked delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

• Cancellations for orders are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
